The villa lies about 2 kms from Massa Lubrense, a village known not only for its history but also for its production of olive oil. Il Frutteto spreads over large flowered terraces, with sea view and raised 2x 6 swimming pool. The shady veranda and with a fully equipped open-air kitchen provides a splendid nook for "meals al fresco".
The interior furnishings consist of valuable furniture with some antiques, all perfectly maintained and of excellent taste and quality.
At Massa Lubrense or at S. Agata dei Due Golfi (3km away) you will find all amenities. The beach and Marina di Puolo is just 3 kms away and can be reached in ten minutes by car.
There are many nearby restaurants where you can try the excellent local cuisine, and some of them are considered to be among the best in Italy.
