The villa is situated in the area of Massa Lubrense, about 10 km from Sorrento on the stretch of the Sorrento peninsula overlooking Capri. Various paths, accessible only on foot, lead off from here towards Punta Campanella, the outermost point of the Sorrento peninsula, where tradition holds that Ulysses sailed by on his ship. The closest beach is Marina del Cantone, situated about 5 km from the property, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is 3 km away with all essential services.
