This quaint,little house is on a lower level than the main villa and is completely independent.
The tasteful furnishings are attractive 'Positano' style both warm and welcoming.
Guests can relax and dine outdoors, under the lovely pergola, whilst taking in the splendid panorama. There is also a private garden with view of Positano and of the sea.
The food shops are about 200 mts away, while the beach is about 800 mts away.
There is a good bus service, with the bus stop close to the house, which takes you in comfort to the town centre, the pay car-parks and the beach: due to the frequent difficulty of parking your car, we advise you to use the pay car-parks in the centre of town.
From Positano you can take some wonderful trips along the Amalfi Coast, visit the Naples or visit the archaeological remains at Pompeii.

The village of Praiano, with its characteristic tranquillity, is one of the most sought-after residential areas on the Amalfi Coast and this lovely apartment lies in the upper part of the village, in panoramic position just 100 mt from the car-park.
It has been completely renovated with great care and has been furnished with particularly good taste and careful choice in the furnishings. The large terrace, which overlooks the gulf of Salerno offers a fascinating view of the sea and the winding Amalfi coast is fully equipped for outdoor dining.
In Praiano you will find all amenities and the pebble beach at Praia can be reached either by car or a 15 minute walk foot along the typical local lanes. In the little piazza and along the romantic path cutting through the rocks are some excellent restaurants. Positano is about 6 km away and can also be reached from Praiano using the very convenient public transport. A pay car-parking space can be pre-booked.

Positano villa rental, on the border between Positano and Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi coast, on a promontory that dominates the gulf of Positano on one side and Praiano on the other. The villa is in an idyllic position for the visiting the whole of the Amalfi coast.
The villa's design means everything points towards the sea, and from the terrace you can admire the long stretch of coastline from Positano to Praiano.
The property is surrounded by lemon trees, and enormous Indian fig trees which are typical of this area, as it enjoys a particularly mild climate all year round.
The villa is divided into two apartments, one of which is occupied by the owner. Both apartments are completely independent, with separate entrances, each with private external areas and private terraces. On one of these terraces, in a very panoramic position, is the small 4 x 2mt Jacuzzi pool (1.2mt deep).
All of the rooms in the house have access to the panoramic terrace with a view of the sea.

From the large terrace you can take in unforgettable views over almost all of the Gulf of Salerno.
The centre of Praiano is about 1.5 kms away, where you can find general food shops, a bar and restaurants; the nearest beach, La Praia, is about 600 metres away and can be reached on foot.
La Praia is a lovely, natural cove with a pebble beach and typical restaurants where you can savour the local cuisine, along with a bar and a famous night-club inside a grotto. In the evening it's fun to watch the local fisherman returning home in their little rowing boats.
Guests have the use of a parking space about 300 metres from the house.

Villa I Fiori is situated in in one of the most privileged positions in Positano, perched above the town with a breathtaking views of Positano and the whole coastline which drops down to the sea in a unique panorama. It is peaceful situated away from the ‘madding crowd’ just outside the town , and yet is within easy reach of the centre via it's typical narrow streets and shops, adorned with colourful local artisan ceramics and fabrics.
The apartment has been recently renovated with good taste and has every modern convenience including air conditioning and opens onto a large terrace with gazebo where you can enjoy ‘meals al fresco’. Even more fascinating is the small garden (also furnished for outdoor dining) from where you can enjoy, incomparable, breathtaking views. From here one has the feeling of being suspended over the sea, an emotion which words alone cannot describe.
Not to be under estimated is the value of the private parking, a rarity in Positano, together with the shared swimming pool situated in an incredibly panoramic position with a 180° view.
An excellent shuttle service (every 45 mins) stops near the property and will take you right to the centre of the town. In the vicinity (500 mts) there are also a bus stops from where you can catch a bus for Sorrento and Amalfi.
Positano stretches down from the main Sorrento-Amalfi road to the beach. The entrance to the town is at approximately 900 Mts (alternatively there is a short cut via a long stairway) Here you will find all essential amenities, delightful bars, confectioners and many typical little restaurants.
There are small buses in town that continually shuttle between the centre of town which is situated in the lower part , and higher part of Positano.
A ‘must ‘is dinner at Costantino’s restaurant which is just a stones throw away and offers an excellent choice of local dishes at a reasonable price giving the opportunity to savour a delicious immersed in an enchanting panorama.
