Positano villa rental, on the border between Positano and Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi coast, on a promontory that dominates the gulf of Positano on one side and Praiano on the other. The villa is in an idyllic position for the visiting the whole of the Amalfi coast.
The villa's design means everything points towards the sea, and from the terrace you can admire the long stretch of coastline from Positano to Praiano.
The property is surrounded by lemon trees, and enormous Indian fig trees which are typical of this area, as it enjoys a particularly mild climate all year round.
The villa is divided into two apartments, one of which is occupied by the owner. Both apartments are completely independent, with separate entrances, each with private external areas and private terraces. On one of these terraces, in a very panoramic position, is the small 4 x 2mt Jacuzzi pool (1.2mt deep).
All of the rooms in the house have access to the panoramic terrace with a view of the sea.

This lovely villa is situated above a small bay, just outside Positano, in a unique position.
Most people are aware that the Amalfi Coast, besides being one of the enchanting places in the world, both for its landscape and for the many attractions that it offers, can prove difficult when it comes to travelling by car and for parking. However this viilla, although in a privileged position on the edge of Positano, has the convenience of direct access by car from the main road and three private parking spaces.
The villa has been recently renovated and is part of a large terracing overlooking the sea. It has a large private panoramic garden with barbecue, is fully-equipped for dining outdoors, and has an attractive private 7.5m x 4mt swimming-pool. The furnishings are modern, and the villa has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind.
The nearest beach, Arienzo, is ten minutes drive away. This Villa is recommended for anyone who wants a nice, peaceful holiday whilst at the same time being in the most renowned part of the Amalfi Coast.

This charming apartment is situated in the residential area of Riviera San Montano, just outsided Sorrento. The village was once a fishing village and famous for its lemon groves; it has since become a favourite place with visitors with its lovely miniature gardens descending to the sea and the Isle of Capri forming a superb backdrop to the scene.
The apartment is part of a larger villa which is also in our catalogue, it has a completely independent entrance and its own gardens with a 4.5 x 10mt raised pool, direct access to the sea with 1 sun-shade, 4 deck-chairs, and a changing-room with shower.
From the beach there is a footpath of about 1 km that leads straight to a little village on the sea called Marina della Lobra where you will find a bar and a food shop.

Situated in panoramic, peaceful position on the cliffs overlooking the sea 4 km from Maiori, an attractive little village on the Amalfi Coast with a lovely stretch of beach. Completely renovated in the year 2002, with all of the modern comforts and comfortable modern furnishings.
The large private swimming-pool of 6x17m, lies on a very panoramic terrace sheer over the sea. The panoramic terrace is equipped for relaxing and dining 'al fresco'. Close by you will find several high-quality restaurants, where you can try the local cuisine.

This lovely villa is situated in the upper level of the hillside village of Praiano in a peaceful and panormic spot. Praiano itself is a peaceful, old village scattered across the slopes, and perched high on a promontory that leads down into the sea, and juts out as if symbolically dividing the gulf of Salerno into two.
The villa is a typical, independent house, renovated in the 1990s, with access from the little piazza, up a flight of steps. It is furnished with good-quality modern furniture, and very tastefully decorated.
Both from the private garden, which has a 3.5 x 8mt swimming-pool for your use, and from the furnished terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the gulf.
The beach at Praia can be reached on foot along typical little lanes and flights of steps in about thirty minutes, and also by car, or in the summer months by public transport.
La Praia is one of the most attractive places on the coast, the inlet is enclosed by high cliffs that descend sheer into the sea, with a pebble beach, a little piazza with typical fishermans' houses, and a romantic path carved into the rock that leads to several restaurants that offer local cuisine.
Praiano has all the services you might need and lies about 7 kms from Positano, which can also be reached by convenient public transport.

From the terraces guests can enjoy a view, on one side, of the Gulf of Naples and on the other, the promontory of Punta Campanella, the outermost point of the Sorrento peninsula which juts out towards Capri.
This recently-built property is surrounded by private land, and by a small garden with flower beds and olive trees and where there is also a private swimming pool.

The island is renowned for its thermal spas and for its exceptionally good climatic conditions; in fact the average annual temperature is about 17°C (63°F).

The villa lies about 2 kms from Massa Lubrense, a village known not only for its history but also for its production of olive oil.
