Charming holiday home, once an ancient church, lies in an extremely panoramic position overlooking Lake Iseo.
Lake Iseo is more apealing to some as it is away from mass tourism yet has all the scenic and cultural qualities of the larger more renowned lakes.
The lakeside is dotted with little villlages where you can stroll along the promonade or enjoy a drink in one of the local cafés.
Lake Iseo also offers a variety of water sports.
The villa has been recently restored in keeping with the original characteristics of the church which are visible both externally, with the original bell tower and internally.
Ideally situated just a short distance from Parsanica, in a peaceful green oasis, where you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday, the villa is surrounded by large, private, terraced gardens with a 9x5 raised swimming pool.
Access to villa is via 300mts of steep narrow road and so small cars are necessary. There is also car park down at the main road.
