Charming cottage on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Lisanza, at just 5km from Sesto Calende.
The cottage is immersed in mature Parkland, ideal for families with children. A green oasis where you can relax by the pool (heated on request)and enjoy the most spectacular shimmering sunsets over the Lake as the sun slowly disappears behind the horizon.
The luminous sitting room with large picture windows looks on to the garden and Lake and it is possible to hire motor boats that can be moored at the small jetty near the Villa.
An ideal place for discovering the beauty of the northern lakes with magnificent scenery, splendid botanical gardens and ancient villas, not forgetting the many activities such as water sports, golf, tennis all within easy reach.
Within walking distance (700 Mts) a choice of a few restaurants and lake access. A wider choice of restaurants within 2-3 km and at 6 km you will find all essential amenities and the train station,(Milan is 50 minutes by train), lovely lakeside promenades and ferries for day trips around the lake.
The property is fenced and the warden lives in a separate cottage in a secluded area on the edge of the property.
