The villa is part of a small residential area with just a few villas, a small hotel and restaurant.
The front of the house faces the sea with terrace where you can wine and dine to your heart's content, immersed in magnificent breathtaking scenery. From the house there is a path leading to sea access, at your disposition there are two deckchairs and umbrella on the sandy beach reserved for hotel residents. Opposite the villa there is an excellent restaurant, where you can savour splendid local cuisine, literally just a few steps away.
This unique position (a rarity on the ligurian coast) gives the opportunity of a holiday on the sea, immersed in magnificent scenery and the possibility of excursions to the most renowned places on the Ligurian coast, such as, Portovenere, Le Cinque Terre & Portofino as well as many interesting places in Tuscany.
From Lerici during the summer months there are ferries to the Cinque Terre.
