The villa is situated on a secondary road in the hills about 5 km form the town, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and at the same time near all amenities.
The most renowned places on the Ligurian Coastline , such as Lerici, Portovenere, Le Cinque Terre and many other small fishing hamlets, are all within easy reach.
It is also possibile to take trains to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and cinque terre from the city centre.
