Rapallo know for it's mild climate lies within the natural marine reserve, within the gulf of Tigulio and includes other renowned such places as Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino (just 6km away).
The villa is situated Inside the promontory of Portofino, just 3 kms from the centre of Rapallo and it is surrounded by typical Mediterranean where you will find a 6x13m swimming-pool and an annex with bathroom with shower and external, covered kitchen .
This lovely holiday home has modern and comfortable furniture and is fully equipped and has a splendid view down the hillside towards the marvelous bay of Portofino. The villa lies in a tranquil spot, even in the summer months when the coast is particularly crowded, and yet it takes just a few minutes by car to reach the bathing establishments at Rapallo or to enjoy a stroll along the promenade.
Santa Margherita Ligure is well worth a visit, where besides the little tourist harbour, the sea-front runs almost the entire length of the village.
What can one say about Portofino - when Guy de Maupassant describes it so well?: a little village that spreads out like a crescent moon around a tranquil bay that makes you feel a sense of repose, and of fulfillment.
