The villa rental has been renovated in keeping with it's original character maintaining the original terra cotta floors, wood beams and open fireplace.
In the grounds is the large 17x7m. swimming pool with elegant Roman steps and a superb hard, Tennis courts which are shared with the occupants of an apartment in the villa (3 people) and the owners.
Casa Silvana has a private portico with barbeque and area for dining outdoors.
The owner who lives in the main villa with his family is a poet and humorist, a very interesting person who will make you very welcome and at the same time respect your privacy.
An ideal location Ideal for long walks in the countrisyde and cycling. All amenities can be found both in Cortona (3km) and Camucia (4km) From the nearby train station in Camucia there are trains to Florence and Rome.
A romantic hideaway in the winter months where you can enjoy the warm glow of a real log fire. Parking within the grounds.
