Classic Tuscan country house situated just outside San Pancrazio in a splendid, peaceful, panoramic position. The house has been renovated maintaining a careful blend of traditional style and modern comfort and the furnishing, without a doubt have been chosen with good taste.
From the terraces you can enjoy a splendid view over the surrounding countryside. The village of San Pancrazio, where there are grocer's shops, is just 1 km away.
The position of the house is ideal for visiting the Chianti Classico area and the art cities of Florence and Siena. The house is surrounded by well equipped gardens and terraces, and guests also have the use of a 6x12m swimming-pool and of a small gym with shower. The external areas consist of well tendered,terraced gardens, and from the living-room there is access to a large panoramic terrace, fully equipped for outdoor dining.
Nearby there are many restaurants where you can savour typical tuscan cuisine, and the town of Montespertoli is well-known for the production of Chianti wines and for it's annual wine festival.

Captivating 14th Century farmhouse, situated in the gentle hills, in the countryside around Florence. The house was originally built as a military fort and lies in a dominant, panoramic position surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
A small church dating back to the 11th century and a medieval convent are evidence of ancient time and the rich history this enchanting place has witnessed.
The external areas and the area around the swimming-pool are extremely pleasant, the pool is also equipped with a dressing-room with a shower and a gazebo.
Pontassieve is 3 km away and is the closest town, with all amenities and railway station , giving easy links to the renowned towns in Tuscany and even further afield. The centre of Florence is a mere 20 minute drive away.

This 16th century prestigious villa lies in the heart Chianti Classico, on farm which produces honey, olive oil and grappa. A lovely country home, in panoramic position, which once belonged to a noble Florentine family.
Valuable antiques from the 18th and 19th centuries complete the furnishings and of particularly interest are the splendid lacunar ceilings, the frescoes and the ancient, consecrated chapel.
Large gardens surround the house and the lawns slope gently down to the 5x10 Mts swimming-pool and several shady areas.

Typical Tuscan, stone farmhouse situated on the edge of the historic town of Montalcino. The house is in a wonderful, peaceful position with views of the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse has recently been renovated and tastefully furnished with antiques.
A large, well-maintained garden surrounds the house with a 5x9 Mts swimming pool (1.2m deep) with decking for sunbathing. A very nice, furnished loggia is accessible from the living room and dining room.
The Crete Senesi area, the thermal springs at Bagno Vignoni, and the Val d'Orcia, are all within easy reach. Just 500 m away in Montalcino there are numerous shops and restaurants.

Ancient residence which dates back to 1600 and part of a group of farm buildings in the Mugello countryside near Vicchio, Giotto's birth place. Nicely furnished and equipped with all modern comforts.
Guests have the exclusive use of a private, enclosed garden of about 500 Mts with a 5x10 Mts swimming-pool and a barbecue.
In the same complex is another structure, completely independent, with 14 apartments, with which the guests of the villa share the tennis court, riding stables, free use of canoes for trips on the Sieve river, mountain bikes, and laundry.
The lake at Bilancino is 15 km away, with beaches equipped for swimming and sailing. The farm is a working farm cultivating the fields and raising livestock. A branch railway line passes close to the property.
Florence can easily be reached both by train and in 30 minutes by car. There is parking on the property.

This lovely, old mill is situated beside a pretty stream, in a lush, green, wooded valley. Within the large estate, there is also a separate farmhouse, however the mill is very private, and offers a sanctuary where you can relax in complete peace and harmony with nature.
The interior furnishings are of high quality, and consist mostly of period furniture in keeping with the building's historic origins.
The garden is well-tended with attractive lawns, and a gazebo where you may care to dine 'al fresco', or sit and listen to the sounds of the forest whilst enjoying a Chianti wine. Over a little bridge is a clearing with a private 4 x 8m swimming-pool in a picturesque position, bordered by tall trees.
Throughout the local area you will find many traditional trattorias where you can enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine.
Borgo San Lorenzo is just a short distance away with all amenities, and at the lake at Bilancino there are various water sports and a golf course which you may wish to take advantage of. Florence is easily reached both by car train.

This ancient, stone villa was originally a watchtower and dates back to the 13th century. The villa stands close to the medieval village of Tignano, and benefits from stunning views over the gentle hills of Chianti Classico.
This charming house has been recently renovated, and furnished with classic Tuscan-style furnishings. All of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito netting and ceiling fans. The owner lives in a part of the house with completely independent access.
There is a very pleasant, large, well-tended garden which has several areas for relaxing and for dining 'al fresco'. The garden slopes gently down to the 6 x 13m swimming pool (approximately 50 metres from the house). The pool area is very private and peaceful, and is surrounded by lawns, fruit and olive trees, and with a splendid panoramic view.
The countryside is lavished with of olive groves, vineyards and woodl ands many are the small lakes, footpaths and mountain bike trails that run through the area.

This lovely country house is situated in a valley close to the historic village of Monteriggioni.
The house been renovated and furnished with great care and taste and is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Guests have the use of a pleasant loggia for outdoor dining, a well-tended garden surrounding the house and a 5x10m swimming-pool.
The view of Monteriggioni is wonderful; gazing from a distance gives the impression that time has stood still.
The medieval festival takes place every year during the month of July and recalls the history of Monteriggioni and the cultural traditions from ancient times.
Within the village walls you will find typical restaurants offering Tuscan cuisine, and a few small shops.
Many are the itineraries through the Chianti hills where you can visit villages and castles, and vineyards that produce one of the most famous wines in the world, Chianti Classico.

Lovely farmhouse apartment situated in the hills in Lamporecchio, a short distance from the town of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. The property lies within a large estate, and in a wonderful central position for excursions to the art cities of Florence and Pisa which can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car. Lamporecchio is only 1km away with all amenities, and in Vinci you can pay a visit to the 'Leonardo museum'.
The apartment is part of a farmhouse containing 6 apartments in all but it has its own private, furnished outside areas and a private 3 x 8 Mts, e swimming-pool.

Renovated stone barn situated within a large 62 hectare estate near Gambassi Termi in the Florentine hills.
This comfortable country house is ideally situated for visiting the most important cultural and historic centres in Tuscany such as: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
The surrounding area is mainly vineyards, olive groves and woodland.
In the lower part of the valley you can admire the delightful little inlets and gracious waterfalls formed by the streams that run through the grounds.
On the estate there are two more independent houses and a large farmhouse divided into apartments.
Guests have the exclusive use of a pleasant and well-tended garden whereas the 6x18 Mts swimming pool is shared by the guests of the other apartments.
On the higher part of the estate is an ancient convent which dates back to the 12th century which has 6 bedrooms for rental on a daily basis.
On request breakfast and meals can be served and daily deliveries of fruit, fresh vegetables and fresh bread can be arranged. Newspapers in several languages are also available on request.
