A gem for nature lovers set amidst the fragrance of nature's very own gift, in an oasis of peace and tranquility, yet only 10 minutes from the Florence-Lucca-Pisa Motorway which makes it a great base for touring the whole of Tuscany.
The villa is nestled within ample grounds of natural lawns, olive groves and woods and has the rarity of a particularly large 14 x 6 mt swimming pool,

This lovely home is furnished with a mix of traditional rustic and antique style furnishings, retaining all the charm and delight of its ancient past, with terrra-cotta floors, wood beams and stone walls. An added feature is the delightful, splendidly equipped bar which boasts a genuine Italian expresso and cappuccino machine and the professional kitchen is an absolute boon for large parties.
The friendly, Philippine caretakers who live in an apartment, with separate entrance, are available (on request/at extra cost) to prepare meals

16th century villa set in a magical, panoramic position in the Florentine hillside near Settignano turned into a vip luxury villa rental in Florence. The property once belonged to the Marquis Capponi, Princess Ghykha, sister of the queen of Serbia and other well-known noble families.
The furnishings consist of perfectly restored antique furniture with elegant tapestries and valuable paintings.
The garden alone is an architectural masterpiece and contains all of the best-loved features of the classic ancient Italian garden.
In part of the grounds close to the villa is a swimming-pool (near Neptune's ornamental grotto) which enjoys much privacy. On the edge of the grounds are some elegant independent apartments that may be rented together with the villa or separately.

in a magnificently, panoramic , position with breataking views over the bay of Talamone stretching as far as the promontory of Argentario.
The tower has a private path leading down to the sea with a furnished, sunbathing platform, reached via a short flight of steps carved into the rock.
At the foot of the tower are two terraces; on the first is a 6x4 Mts swimming-pool which has a beautiful view, and on the second terrace, surrounded by vegetation a is a panoramic terrace equipped for sunbathing and relaxing.
The tower is on two floors: on the top floor you will find the large lounge with extensive panoramic windows, and direct access to the terrace overlooking the bay. The furnishings are very refined and in tune with the ancient Spanish structure. The property is is equipped with all quality equipment to ensure the comfort of guests.

The villa is situated in the midst of the Chianti Classico hills just outside Castellina in Chianti and is in a lovely, panoramic position, with a view of the Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano.
The property lies within Europe's largest cypress grove, where an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity reigns and where you can enjoy the beauty and colours of the natural surroundings.
Originally a large rural farmhouse the current owners, after a long renovation, have transformed it into an elegant country residence, using high-quality materials for the furniture and upholstery, and with everything perfectly coordinated room by room.
Outside is a 8x16 mt swimming-pool (occasionally used by the owners) with hydro-massage and a little waterfall.
The villa has a pleasant garden and the property is surrounded by the woods. The small courtyard is a nice little nook with tables and soft lighting where you can take an aperitif on your way back from the pool.
You will find a spacious loggia in terracotta with a typical wooden-beamed ceiling, simply furnished simply with a touch of elegantly. The loggia which is a wonderful place to enjoy the spectacular summer sunsets, is also equipped for outdoor dining.
The owners live in an independent villa close to the villa, and are available to give any help you might need.
To the rear of the villa is a reception with independent entrance.

This fascinating building was originally built as a watch tower and is part of the vast estates belonging to the Strozzi family. The renovation has maintained intact the ancient architectural features, and the furnishings are vivacious and comfortable and the villa is well equipped with all modern comforts.
The property consists of two buildings, the main house, and an annexe which can be completely independent.
The outside areas have beautiful views and are very well tended without disturbing the natural surroundings.
The private 5x12 Mts swimming-pool is to the rear of the house, close-by but conveniently protected by a hedge from another pool belonging to the adjacent house, so as to preserve the privacy and independence.

Renovated stables, part of an ancient, 15th century villa, one of the many which can be found around the Lucca countryside. Originally built for the Buonvisi family and is of both historical and aristocratic value.
The grounds of the villa, which lies just 6 km from the town of Lucca, are completely enclosed by a boundary wall, and occupies five hectares on three different levels, consisting of varying types of garden. Even today the overall structure is still characterized by the special effects, embellished with pools, fountains,waterfalls, statues, amphitheatres of holm oaks, grassy hummocks and rare essences.
Due to its beauty it is listed among the historic Italian gardens and is open to visitors.
Alongside the villa, which is occupied by the owner are what were once the old stables. Buonvisi maintained that the stables were more beautiful than any room at Versailles and it is here in these very stables where privileged guests are lodged. The large apartment (on several levels) overlooks the garden and the swimming-pool.
The furnishings are in comfortable Tuscan style. All of the rooms have air-conditioning, except for the lower floor, as due to the position they naturally the cooler.
Access to the private, furnished area of the garden and to the swimming-pool is through the rooms on the lower floor, and from here also access to the large furnished area with barbecue.
Besides the beautiful 18x8 Mts swimming-pool only occasionally shared when the owner's grandchildren who occasionally visit. There is also a synthetic grass, tennis court for guests' use. In recent years the villa has been host for some evenings in August to a classical music festival, which is staged with the magnificent backdrop of the garden opposite the loggia of the villa, a unique opportunity of an evening with a difference.
