This lovely country house is situated in a valley close to the historic village of Monteriggioni.
The house been renovated and furnished with great care and taste and is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Guests have the use of a pleasant loggia for outdoor dining, a well-tended garden surrounding the house and a 5x10m swimming-pool.
The view of Monteriggioni is wonderful; gazing from a distance gives the impression that time has stood still.
The medieval festival takes place every year during the month of July and recalls the history of Monteriggioni and the cultural traditions from ancient times.
Within the village walls you will find typical restaurants offering Tuscan cuisine, and a few small shops.
Many are the itineraries through the Chianti hills where you can visit villages and castles, and vineyards that produce one of the most famous wines in the world, Chianti Classico.
Siena is within easy reach, as is the whole Chianti Classico area along with renowned towns such as Greve in Chianti, Radda and San Gimignano.

Lovely farmhouse apartment situated in the hills in Lamporecchio, a short distance from the town of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. The property lies within a large estate, and in a wonderful central position for excursions to the art cities of Florence and Pisa which can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car. Lamporecchio is only 1km away with all amenities, and in Vinci you can pay a visit to the 'Leonardo museum'.
The apartment is part of a farmhouse containing 6 apartments in all but it has its own private, furnished outside areas and a private 3 x 8 Mts, e swimming-pool.
The recent renovation was carried out with great care, and the interiors have been furnished with taste and with great attention to detail. Guests have use of a shared laundry and can pick fresh, seasonal produce from the vegetable patch.

Renovated stone barn situated within a large 62 hectare estate near Gambassi Termi in the Florentine hills.
This comfortable country house is ideally situated for visiting the most important cultural and historic centres in Tuscany such as: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
The surrounding area is mainly vineyards, olive groves and woodland.
In the lower part of the valley you can admire the delightful little inlets and gracious waterfalls formed by the streams that run through the grounds.
On the estate there are two more independent houses and a large farmhouse divided into apartments.
Guests have the exclusive use of a pleasant and well-tended garden whereas the 6x18 Mts swimming pool is shared by the guests of the other apartments.
On the higher part of the estate is an ancient convent which dates back to the 12th century which has 6 bedrooms for rental on a daily basis.
On request breakfast and meals can be served and daily deliveries of fruit, fresh vegetables and fresh bread can be arranged. Newspapers in several languages are also available on request.

Classic country house in the little village of Borgo a Giovi, on the road between Arezzo and Casentino.
The house dates back to the renaissance period. The villa has been recently renovated, and transformed into a fascinating holiday home. As soon as you cross the threshold you can feel the special atmosphere typical of old aristocratic country houses. The renovation has maintained all the ancient features, bringing out the structural and decorative elements.
The rooms are quite eccentric, some of the bedrooms are frescoed, and a large living-room, which was used for house parties still has its period furniture, as have many other bedrooms and the small games and reading rooms. In the kitchen a large stone table and fireplace add to the rural atmosphere of times gone by.
The external area behind the house overlooks the countryside and is reached along a little road marked by two rows of cypress trees, running through the corn fields and vineyards . Through a large gate dominated by two terracotta lions is an internal courtyard with a stone table,in the shade of two large Mediterranean pine trees, here you will also find the 8x5 Mts swimming-pool (partly above ground).
Just a short walk takes you to the little piazza in the village, where there is an excellent restaurant, and then on to the banks of the river Arno.

The villa is just a short distance form Talamone a charming coastal village which overlooks the gulf of Argentario.
The furnishings are of excellent quality in traditional style combined with all modern comforts.
In the well tendered terraced gardens are two large covered verandas which constantly enjoy the gentle,sea breeze. and From the swimming pool area (situated on the lower terrace with a wooden platform) there is access to the beach which is not private, but usually quite deserted.
Talamone is a well known resort and port well equipped for tourism, the bay is ideal for sailing and the array of colours of the wind-surfers, kite surfers and sailing boats are an integral part of the landscape and combined with the local cuisine in the many traditional restaurants together with a variety of places one can visit, make this an ideal place to unwind far from the maddening crowd.

Just 8 km away is Castellina in Chianti, an attractive town where you will find all amenities.
