The Villa is situated in one of the most beautiful, unspoilt parts of Umbria, in an extremely peaceful area just 2 kilometres from the village of Montecastello di Vibio which is famous for the smallest theatre in Europe.
The house is surrounded by large gardens and silver olive groves where you will find the 14 x 7 m. private swimming pool. In the radius of 5-6 km there are many typical little restaurants where you can enjoy genuine food and wine. The historical town centre of Todi is just 10 minutes drive away. The main road links which will take you to all the major towns and tourist centres are within a short distance making this oasis of peace and tranquillity an ideal place for both a relaxing, regenerating holiday and at the same time allowing you to take a daily trips to places of interest such as Todi, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi and many other smaller villages.
