The Villa is situated in one of the most beautiful, unspoilt parts of Umbria, in an extremely peaceful area just 2 kilometres from the village of Montecastello di Vibio which is famous for the smallest theatre in Europe.
The house is surrounded by large gardens and silver olive groves where you will find the 14 x 7 m. private swimming pool.
In the radius of 5-6 km there are many typical little restaurants where you can enjoy genuine food and wine.
The historical town centre of Todi is just 10 minutes drive away.

Ville sul lago is part of a group of 3 villas situated in the hills (300 mts a.s.l) above Passignano on Lake Trasimeno, and in such a position that it has a magnificent 180° view over the lake and the surrounding umbrian and Tuscan hills.
The villa is in an extremely peaceful and relaxing position and surrounded by a large park of oak trees and Mediterranean vegetation.
The 3 villas are all independent and each has complete privacy, own garden and private parking. One is occupied occasionally by the owners.
The large 16 x 8 mt panoramic swimming pool, which is shared with the occupants of the other villas, has been built in such a way that it appears to merge with the lake.
All amenities are at 3km in the village of Passignano, with restaurants, shops, banks,post office etc.
Lake Trasimeno has delightful sandy beaches and it is possible to hire motor & pedal boats, scooters, bikes, windsurf etc.
From Passignano there are ferries to the small islands.
The dual carriageway to Perugia and Siena is at a short distance and will take you to all the main historic centres in Tuscany and Umbria.
