Furnished in comfortable rustic style and surrounded by a large, panoramic garden equipped with garden furniture and lovely nice swimming-pool (10x5m).
Situated on two floors: the living/dining room has direct access to the veranda and to the garden and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor have an attractive panoramic terrace.
Due to its central position, the house is well positioned for sightseeing trips in the area.
Just 5 kms away is the little village of Grutti with a typical restaurant with good Umbrian cuisine which offers guests of Il Cerro complete menus at a special price.
Access to the property is via 200 metres of steep, gravel road.
